What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ starts at 500 pieces for most products. Items with complex printing or special tooling may need a higher minimum — tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm.
How long does sampling take?
About 15 days from approved artwork to a finished physical sample in your hands.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes, samples are billed at cost. The full sample fee is refunded once you place a bulk order with us.
What file format do you need for artwork?
Vector files are best — AI, PDF or EPS. If you only have a photo or a hand sketch, send it over and we will help turn it into a printable file.
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit to start production, and the remaining 50% against a copy of the bill of lading.
How long does production take?
25–30 days after you approve the sample. We will keep you posted while your order is running.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship worldwide. North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, South America, Africa and Oceania, by sea or by air. We handle all export documentation.
Can you match packaging I already use?
In most cases, yes. Send us a sample of your current packaging and we will quote on a match — or suggest a better-value alternative.
